Hiring a dress from Dress Collective online is simple and really is no different to shopping online at one of your favourite web stores.
All you have to do is:
Browse: our selection of dresses in your size.
Book It: on the dates you require it by using the calendar displayed on each product
Add to Cart: Follow the checkout prompts to check out and within a day or two your dress will arrive*
Wear it: Enjoy wearing the dress and basque in the compliments and admiring glances you will get.
Return: Pop the dress in the provided courier bag, tell us via text that the dress is ready for pick up** and any pickup instructions and we will organise a courier to collect. There is no need to clean the garment before you return.
* our courier delivers overnight however in some cases and/or if you are out of town boundary please allow an extra 24 hours for delivery.
**courier pickup only available in urban areas, rural addresses will require package to be dropped off at the nearest depot to the address you provided. We will advise drop off points in your area for when you’re ready to return the dress.
All cocktail length dresses are $70. Ball gowns are $100 each to hire.
Each dress requires a $30 bond to be paid, this bond is fully refundable on return of the dress as long as there is no damage. If there is damage that you are aware of please let us know and we can discuss repair costs. Please also see our FAQ at bottom of web page for more details on damaged dresses.
The standard hire length is 7 days, this should include 2 days for shipping. Please ensure enough time for delivery, especially if you are rural. We are unable to issue refunds if your dress/ gown doesn’t arrive on time. We recommend you book your dress on Monday if your event falls on a Friday or Tuesday if it falls on a Saturday.
