Try On Service

LOCALS
If you are unsure about dress styles or sizes we invite you to make an appointment to find the right fit. We offer a free 45 minute try on service for those local to or passing through Ashburton with no obligation to hire if you do not find anything suitable.

Please follow the steps below to book your appointment. If you would like to make an appointment outside of these hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

OUT OF TOWN
If you live out of town we now offer a 5 day out of town try on service whereby you can try on up to 2 dresses in the comfort of your own home.  Again no obligation to hire.  A $30 bond is to be paid on each dress you’re trying on as well as postage costs.  This bond is fully refundable.

If you find the dress suitable and would like to book it, please do so via our website at your earliest convenience so to avoid disappointment in case someone else books it on or around your dates.

If you wish to use our try on service a few days before your event you are welcome to hold onto the dresses until after your event, if it is not booked out on dates around your dates.  You will  need advise us before you make the booking.

If you find neither of the dresses are suitable then you simple place them in the courier bag provided, follow the instructions on the info card that comes with the dresses and pop the package out for delivery.  Once we receive dresses back we will inspect them, ensure that their tags are attached and then refund your bond.

We ask that you please limit your selection to 2 dresses at a time when utilising our try on service.
